Together in Caring was formed by three partners whose track record of success supporting older adults in the Rochester Area is long-standing. Lifespan of Greater Rochester, Entrusted Care and Mark McDermott of Touching Hearts at Home, saw a significant need for high quality, comprehensive private geriatric care management services. Thus, Together in Caring was formed with deep resources and broad experience as its foundation.
